Market Day 27th May (take-out only)

May 27, 2015 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Market Day (take-out only) this Wednesday, May 27th from 10am – 5pm.

Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm at Slow Meat 2015

We’re beyond thrilled to have been selected to represent Southwest Florida at the Slow Meat Conference in Denver. Hosted by Slow Food USA, this is an amazing chance to learn about new practices and to share our own. From building healthy ecosystems for conservation and sustainability, to promoting rare breeds and genetic diversity (like our Arc of Taste Red Wattle pigs), it’s a chance to look at the real cost of cheap meat and celebrate the alternatives. Want to know more about why we farm heritage breeds? Read about it here.

We’ll be back with our full Market Days on June 10th – full of fresh ideas on how to bring you the best and tastiest food you can buy.

Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday!

Healthy To-Go menu

Our healthy and wholesome To-Go items have been a hit! We’re excited to offer a variety of dishes each week to help keep you eating fresh and healthy from the farm all week long.

100% Grass Fed Beef Meatballs with Heirloom Tomato and Onion Jam with Herbed Crostini $7.50

Eggplant Confit with Fennel Frond GF, VG $6.50

SuperGreens Pesto GF, VG $6

Powerballs GF, VG $3.50/two OR 7 for $10

Slow Roasted Red Wattle Pork in Peruvian Aji Chili Broth served over Swiss Chard and Campanelle pasta $12

Rosy’s Paleo Salt $6.00 GF V VG
Back by popular demand, our delicious finishing salt made with pure Himalayan sea salt and a proprietary blend of spices adds succulent flavor to both meats and vegetables.

Rosemary Himalayan Sea Salt $5.00 GF V VG
Another popular seasoning salt from our organic gardens. It’s wonderful as a finishing salt, sprinkled on just before serving to add succulent flavor to pizza, fresh pasta, mashed potatoes, and meats.

Lil Hellfire Vinegar $6.00 GF V VG
Kick and tang, with just a little fire, our organic chillis bring out the flavors of a dish instead of smothering it.

Mint Marigold Infused Vinegar $15.00 GF V VG
Our favorite organic herb infused in white wine vinegar. Fabulous in salad dressings, drizzled over roasted vegetables, fish, or chicken, splashed into soups and stews.

Most of our To-Go items are straight from this farm, making them healthy, delicious and naturally gluten-free. We list them here with a GF indicating that they are Gluten Free. Vegetarian foods are listed with a V and Vegan foods with a VG. We practice caution in preparing our gluten free items but we are not a gluten free environment. In consuming our gluten free items, be aware that there may be a chance of cross contamination. Our patrons are encouraged to consider this information in light of their individual requirements and needs. If you have a severe sensitivity to gluten, please note that this is a shared kitchen.
