Provision Day for CSA Members
August 6, 2016 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
As a “Friend of the Farm”, you (and your guests) are warmly welcomed to visit the farm on Provision Day to taste our Farmhouse Breakfast, shop for your weekly supplies or to visit our happy and healthy animals as they snack on our luscious grasses. These events are for members only – you can purchase your membership here.
Rosy’s Farmhouse Breakfast
Our menu changes every week depending on the bounty of the farm; there are five different breakfasts to choose from including a vegan and a vegetarian selection that normally range from $11.99 to $15.95. Must try breakfasts like our Sunrise Stirfry with fresh vegetables and farm fresh eggs, Speciality Omelets, Strawberry Stuffed Pancakes or Pineapple Upside Down French Toast. We also have a selection of handcrafted beverages, including our own organic coffee roast.
The meals that we serve, and the prepared items that we hope you’ll be tempted to take home, are from and of this farm. We care deeply about what we do and we make it all here, all from scratch. Farm fresh wholesome ingredients, made with our organically-raised and pastured 100% grass-fed beef, heritage breed Red Wattle pork, heritage breed chicken, just-harvested vegetables, and fresh herbs from the garden. We hope you truly enjoy your farm to table dining experience with us.
Feel free to pull up a chair, enjoy your delicious breakfast, and relax and enjoy the view from either our rustically elegant Barn dining room or lounge chair on our patio overlooking the ranch’s scenic pastures and herb gardens.
Hungry for more? Here’s what you will find on a typical Provision Day:
- James Beard Foundation recognized beef, pork, poultry, eggs and produce for sale
- Fresh-baked artisan breads and baked goods made with organic, farm fresh ingredients. Our famous flavorful sourdough “starter” has been with us since we started!
- Hand crafted, small batch prepared foods utilizing the farms bounty of succulent meats, heirloom vegetables and globally sourced farm-grown herbs.
- Pantry goods hand selected to help you get through your hectic week: homemade granola, heirloom bean soup mixes, sauce accoutrements to compliment your meat purchases and hand selected roasted coffee beans.
